Meet Lisa Rhinesmith

Lisa was born and raised in Elkhart as the youngest of six children and the only girl. She has been fascinated with numbers her entire life. Her career began at Liberty Mutual, where she learned a lot about insurance. She then moved to Chiphone FCU, working in the Collection Department and later developing their mortgage department in the early ’90s. From there, she transitioned into private banking construction loans at KeyBank. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of LaVanture Products, a multi-million dollar company with a 50-year history and a successful sales team. Lisa has learned a great deal throughout her journey and has been sharing her knowledge with others for the past 30 years.
